5th Grade Celebration
Annual Send-Off Celebration
Each year we collaborate with parents and school staff to honor our departing 5th graders with a catered luncheon and awards ceremony that highlights their achievements and gives them an opportunity to remember the great times they have shared together as Northwest Nighthawks.
T-Shirts
Each 5th Grade student has the option to order a t-shirt that has been designed to coordinate with the chosen theme for the banquet. In addition to banquet day, the t-shirts will be worn for their class field trip and any other school activities they choose to wear them.

Banquet Committee Meetings
Monthly meetings to plan the banquet begin in January. Parents of 5th grade students who are interested in helping to plan the event and volunteer to set up, tear down, and serve the students during the event are required to participate in these meetings.
Decisions regarding the banquet theme, decorations, ceremony, catering, and entertainment are discussed. Click on the link below to find the next scheduled meeting in the calendar.
